About Us

Mike Holcomb

Mike brings over 20 years of experience in general contracting and 15 years in roofing to Ready Now Roofing. He also served proudly in the Marine Corps and is involved in the Business Leader Program through Conduit, as well as CAP (Conduit Apprenticeship Program), volunteering to teach youth about the trades, adding both technical expertise and mentorship experience to his role.

Outside of work, Mike enjoys fitness, audiobooks, and spending time with his wife, three children, two dogs, and one cat.

Fun Fact: Whether it’s leading his team or running a Tough Mudder or Spartan Race, Mike thrives on challenges that test strength, strategy, and determination.

Katina Houghton

Nearing a decade in the roofing industry, Katina brings dedication and heart to every project. She was honored with the National Women in Roofing NEWS Scholarship (2023–2024) and serves as the Membership Chair for the NWIR Cincinnati Council. Committed to growth, integrity, and lifting others, Katina is also passionate about holistic health, continually exploring ways to integrate healthy practices into her daily life.

Outside of work, Katina is happily married, a proud mom to her 22-year-old son Jordan, and enjoys life with her cat and dog.

Fun Fact: Katina is always seeking new ways to blend wellness with daily life, keeping her energy high and her perspective fresh.

Dustin Hoffman

Dustin brings over 20 years of experience in the trades to Ready Now Roofing, specializing in finish carpentry, roofing, siding, quality control, production, and estimating. With more than a decade in exterior construction and 15 years in detailed finish work, Dustin’s craftsmanship, leadership, and dedication to quality make him an invaluable part of the team.

Outside of work, Dustin enjoys spending time with his family and friends. He’s a proud dad to three children—Noah (16), Savannah (8), and Sophia (1)—with a new baby on the way in January. He enjoys music, movies, and taking on new challenges, as well as building new relationships both personally and professionally.

Fun Fact: Dustin lives by the saying, “Even a dead branch can start a lifelong relationship.”

Ashlee Damon

Ashlee is the Office Manager at Ready Now Roofing. She began her career in the roofing industry in 2019 and brings a well-rounded background in office management, human and social services, and business operations. Ashlee is passionate about creating organization, supporting her team, and helping the company grow efficiently.

Outside of work, Ashlee enjoys spending time with her family and caring for her flock of backyard chickens, who have lovingly earned her the title of “Chicken Tender.”

In 2025, Ashlee was honored as a National Women in Roofing (NWIR) Scholarship recipient for 2025–2026, earning the opportunity to attend the national conference in Las Vegas.

Fun Fact: She’s been known to trade her office chair for a cruise deck whenever she gets the chance—and she still finds time to work with the elderly, which she says keeps her grounded and grateful.

Zac Peters

Zac brings a diverse professional background to Ready Now Roofing, with extensive experience in the factory retail industry as well as in roofing, hospitality, and security. His wide range of experience has equipped him with a well-rounded skill set, strong adaptability, and a hands-on approach that fits perfectly in a fast-paced environment.

Outside of work, Zac enjoys spending time fishing, camping, hiking, and doing just about anything outdoors. He values quality time with family and friends and is also a passionate dirt track racing enthusiast.

Fun Fact: Zac has found the perfect balance between adventurous outdoor hobbies, meaningful family connections, and his love for the excitement of dirt track racing.

Elizabeth Ramirez

Elizabeth brings over 16 years of experience in the roofing industry, with a strong focus on commercial low-slope roofs, property management, and crew leadership. Fluent in Spanish, Elizabeth is known for her integrity, her dedication to supporting others, and her extensive knowledge of the industry.

Outside of work, Elizabeth enjoys fishing, taking nature walks, and spending quality time with her three kids and two dogs.

Fun fact: At one point, she had over 50 boas living in her home. 

Bob Oldham

Bob brings a lifetime of experience in customer service, sales, and the service industry to our team. With an abundance of customer-relations skills, Bob excels at building trust, guiding clients through the sales process, and ensuring every customer feels confident and well cared for from start to finish.

Outside of work, Bob is a proud father of two and enjoys cooking, hiking, and making music. A musician and drummer at heart, creativity and rhythm play a big role in his life.

Fun fact: Bob is a self-proclaimed movie nerd and is known for casually quoting movies in everyday conversation.

Chris Kasson

Chris brings 18+ years of hands-on experience in roof replacement and professional sales, with a strong foundation on both the technical and customer-care sides of roofing. Known around here as “the engineer mind,” he has a keen eye for fine details and takes pride in delivering top-notch service while genuinely taking care of his clients.

Outside of work, Chris loves cooking at home, tackling DIY projects, and spending quality time with his wife and their cats

Fun fact: In his free time, he is a balloon artist at our local festivals and made over 800 balloon animals at the Batavia Funfair.
